Return Policy

At Ghost Monkey, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please contact us at sales@ghostmonkey.au before returning any items. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used personal care items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at sales@ghostmonkey.au with photos and a description of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time to process)
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at sales@ghostmonkey.au
